About the Journal

E-Justice: Journal of Law and Technology (hereinafter: E-Justice) is a distinguished peer-reviewed periodical that focuses on the interplay between law and technology published by PT. Lentera Akademia Indonesia. Committed to promoting high-quality research, this journal operates on an open-access system, ensuring that its content is freely accessible to researchers and practitioners worldwide. E-Justice publishes two issues per year (January-June and July-December), following a continuous publication model, with the aim of reducing the time between submission, approval, and publication of works. 

Each submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous double-blind review process, evaluated by esteemed experts and reviewers in the field from both national and international institutions. This ensures that the articles are of the highest scholarly standard. The journal exclusively accepts manuscripts written in English, emphasizing the need for clear and professional communication within the global academic community.

The scope of E-Justice encompasses a wide array of legal fields, both public and private, including criminal, civil, business, constitutional, administrative, international, and Islamic legal issues with a particular emphasis on the legal challenges and implications arising from technological advancements. The journal encourages multidisciplinary studies, aiming to provide comprehensive insights and innovative solutions to contemporary issues at the intersection of law and technology.

Adhering to the highest ethical standards, E-Justice demands that all submissions are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. The Editorial Board, guided by peer reviewers' recommendations, has the final say on the acceptance of articles. Manuscripts must conform to the journal's guidelines and template; otherwise, they will be automatically rejected before review. This stringent adherence to formatting ensures consistency and maintains the journal's professional integrity.
