It is mandatory that authors submitting to the Journal of AI-Driven Informatics and Management Information (JADIMI) follow these guidelines and utilize the provided template. Failure to do so may result in rejection by the editorial team prior to review. Manuscripts must strictly comply with the specified formatting requirements, which can be found in the downloadable template accessible template journal. This template serves as a tool to aid authors in manuscript preparation and reflects the precise format expected by the editor. Authors are instructed to directly use the downloaded template from JADIMI, inserting and formatting their content accordingly.

General Requirements

1. Authors must confirm their authorship individually, and international collaboration is encouraged. Any misconduct regarding authorship will result in sanctions, potentially including a ban for the author(s) involved.
2. We do not accept "massive submissions" from specific institutions or authors/co-authors. Authors are advised to submit their papers with at least a one-year gap between submissions. If a particular name, whether as the main author or co-author, submits papers too frequently, the manuscript is likely to be rejected to prevent misconduct.
3. Each author is required to have an ORCID ID. For those without one, please create an account, and the ORCID link must be provided during the submission process.
4. Manuscripts must be a minimum of six pages in length, excluding the references section. A maximum of six authors is allowed per paper.
5. The manuscript should be written in English.
6. During the pre-review stage, if the editor identifies concerns with grammar or language proficiency, they may request the author to proofread the article and submit a certificate of proofread.
7. Manuscripts must include at least 15 references, with a minimum of 70% of the cited works published within the last five years. All references must be written in English and be clearly and completely presented, ensuring that every in-text citation corresponds accurately with the reference list.
8. The manuscript should include an abstract of between 230 and 250 words that summarizes the study's objective, materials, methods, results, and implications for future research. The title must be concise and clear, with a maximum of 16 words. Keywords should consist of 5–8 terms related to the topic, separated by semicolons, and must not be excerpts from the title.
9. Citations should be managed using a reference management application (Mendeley is strongly recommended) and formatted in the IEEE numbered citation style. In-text citations must appear in order using numbers in square brackets, e.g., [1], with punctuation placed after the bracket, e.g., [2].

Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted in DOC format through the JADIMI website (http://lenterasia.com/jadimi) under the Online Submissions menu. Papers that do not comply with the formatting instructions will be returned for revision prior to review.
